The staff was very very helpful and provided exceptional services. I appreciated its king studio with adult size tea cups and a great view right in towm.

I stayed here for one night and enjoyed my meals at the beach restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. 😊.

Everything was really good here, and the views were lovely. The staff were all excellent! The room was good-sized, featured double glazed windows and a lounge area. It had exceptionally comfortable beds.

This place offers clean and nicely decorated rooms at a reasonable rate of £140, which made me very happy.

The room was spacious with a nice balcony and a great view. It was the cleanest room we've had during our travels. the internet was fast and reliable. the location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby. the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. the bathroom was large and functional. We enjoyed having breakfast in our room or nearby, both options were very good.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, with easy walking distance to the town center, marina, and some fantastic cafes. The owners were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even lending us a high chair for our toddler. The rooms were impeccably clean and the bathrooms were modern and beautiful. I particularly loved the ground floor apartment we stayed in, as it had a lovely view of the river and marina. I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next visit to Gisborne.

The hotel's location was great, with lovely views from the first floor balcony. the staff were very accommodating, even staying late to ensure a smooth check-in process. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern and newly done bathrooms. A table and chairs in the carpark area was perfect for relaxing in the sun.

The catering facilities were limited to a microwave, which may be inconvenient for longer stays or those who wish to cook 'at home'.

Spent New Year's at a recently refurbished hotel in a great location. Booked a spacious and comfortable room that was clean and quiet with a beautiful view of the harbor. Staff was professional and friendly, and some even went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Bonus points for having a fantastic cafe next door and easy access to nearby attractions.

We experienced some downsides during our stay. The first was dealing with smoke from nearby guests who were smoking outside, which was unpleasant for our non-smoking family and asthmatic member.
